With a passion ignited during his high school years working at a landscape nursery, Lon Pinckard established Pinckard Landscape Services in 1994. That same year he met his wife, Laura . They have 5 adult children and 7 grandkids. Lon enjoys working out and spending time with family.

Laura and Lon met in 1994 the year Lon started the business. In 2007 Laura left her position in corporate to join Lon in this venture. Laura enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
